KBC Signs 30,000-SF Prelease at Energy Crossing

KBC Advanced Technologies Inc., a process engineering, consulting and software group, signed a lease for 30,000 square feet at 15021 Katy Freeway in Houston. The six-story, 480,000-spuare-foot office property at Energy Crossing I and II, broke ground in early 2008 and will be completed in February 2009. KBC is the first tenant to sign a lease with Opus West, the landlord. The tenant is expected to move into the space in March upon completion of the property. John Pruitt and Dena Wren of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
