HPD finds new diggs

The Houston Police Department signed a 50,800-square-foot lease at 7125 Ardmore St. in Houston. The single-tenant, 50,800-square-foot office building was constructed in 1978 and was renovated last year. The building is in the South Main/Medical Center submarket. HPD is a 5,000-officer strong law enforcement agency with jurisdiction of more than 2 million citizens. The agency was formed in 1841. Principal and Senior Vice President Jay Kyle and Chairman Charlie Herder of Colliers International represented the landlord, Ardmore Professional Center.
